Clarios in Nuevo León is seeking an Operations Engineer to drive operational excellence across the plant, leveraging Power BI and advanced Excel to turn data into action.

You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports; analyze manufacturing processes; support continuous improvement and capacity planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, quality and delivery while reducing waste.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering environments.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and operational metrics.
• English proficiency for interaction with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports using Power BI.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems to support decision-making.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Monitor production metrics and investigate performance gaps to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive operational improvements.
• Create standardized reporting tools and automate recurring reports when possible.
• Support capacity analysis, labor utilization reviews, and operational planning activities.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to manufacturing performance.
• Drive data visibility and reporting standardization across the organization.
