Job summary

ExxonMobil in Mexico seeks a Packaging Line Operator to run the lubricant packaging lines safely and efficiently, ensuring production plans, quality standards, and proper material usage, sustaining operation continuity.

You will perform filling, labeling, packaging, monitor production times, log data, maintain clean workspace, follow safety and environmental standards, and collaborate with operations to support production continuity.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work in a team and follow SOPs.
• Operative duties in an industrial environment.
• Attention to detail to identify deviations in quality and unsafe conditions.
• Willingness to rotate monthly between day and evening shifts.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines for lubricants following established procedures.
• Address minor jams and escalate when technical support is needed.
• Change inputs and packaging materials per production needs.
• Visually inspect finished product and identify defects.
• Perform filling, labeling, packaging and handling of lubricant product.
• Record production times, waste, and line stoppages.
• Keep operation logs and shift records up to date.
• Comply with production plan and schedule.
• Take product samples during filling for lab analysis and quality checks.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Adhere to safety, quality and environmental standards.
