Join our team as a Room Operator, responsible for maintaining guest rooms and common areas efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons standards.

Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance tasks in guest rooms and public areas as directed by your supervisor.
• Assist with reports and maintenance requests from various departments, demonstrating professionalism and technical knowledge.
• Support the department’s daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance, particularly in room upkeep.
• Proven skills in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and appliance issues.
• Manual dexterity, analytical thinking, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate specialized tools and work in physically constrained spaces.
