The Opportunity

Responsible for accurate receiving and storing national and imported products and equipment to meet company standards of sanitation, security, safety and productivity.

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO

Recibir, almacenar y apoyar en el surtido, empaque y embarque de órdenes, mediante el equipo demanejo de materiales, procedimientos de operación y normas de seguridad, para cumplir con elsurtido de pedidos de cliente en oportunidad y calidad.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

• Recibir materiales, mediante facturas y órdenes de compra con el fin registrar el ingreso demercancía al inventario.
• Segregar adecuadamente el producto por familias y tipos.
• Examina e inspecciona mercancía durante el recibo, para detectar defectos y notificar daños eincidencias a las áreas correspondientes.
• Realizar el ingreso de información de mercancía de importación y nacional en el sistema.
• Manejar y Almacenar los materiales recibidos, mediante la ubicación por áreas asignadas,para mantener la localización del producto.
• Auxiliar en el surtido y empaque de los pedidos de cliente, así como los materiales deMarketing, mediante picking list y listas autorizadas por marketing, para la facturación de losmismos o entrega.
• Auxiliar en conteos físicos de materiales, mediante hojas de conteo del sistema, para medir laconfiabilidad del inventario.
• Revisar y monitorear el correcto funcionamiento de los montacargas y equipos de trabajoasignados al área de recibo.
• Cumplir la aplicación de procedimientos de la norma ISO vigente e indicadores, por medio deauditorías, con objeto de mantener procesos normalizados.
• Participar con un rol activo dentro de las brigadas establecidas en la empresa (primerosauxilios, incendios, derrames, búsqueda y rescate y comunicación) para garantizar laseguridad dentro del almacén.

REQUISITOS

• Educación: preparatoria
• Al menos un año de experiencia en posiciones similares
• Experiencia manejando productos químicos o peligrosos
• Experiencia manipulando montacargas (Hombre a pie / Montacargas electrico)
• Manejo de excel

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)

• Physical effort is required. Work requires walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that might weigh 50 lbs.
