Job summary

ESAB in Hermosillo seeks an assembler to perform production tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. You will follow diagrams and drawings, lay out components, and use hand and power tools, jigs, and saws to build modules, boards, panels, frames, and cables.

You will check continuity, may conduct quality inspections, and may disassemble, modify, rework, and test experimental or prototype assemblies under specifications and simulated conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience.

• Read diagrams and drawings to guide layouts and assembly.

Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Assignments are moderately difficult, may require some judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendation. Requires general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
