Uptalent.Io is seeking an experienced Source Inspector to inspect fabricated metal products and assemblies at the Monclova site, ensuring compliance with drawings, revisions, and quality requirements before shipment to a U.S.-based manufacturer.

The role involves in-process and final inspections, documenting results, and supporting NCRs and corrective actions within ISO 9001 quality systems, working closely with supplier quality and manufacturing teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in manufacturing quality or source inspection.
• Experience inspecting fabricated metal products in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs, tolerances, and specifications.
• Knowledge of GD&T ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and document control.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; ability to learn ERP/QMS.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Monclova, Coahuila.

Aufgaben

• Perform in-process, final, and pre-shipment inspections.
• Verify IDs, quantities, PO requirements, and revision status.
• Inspect dimensions, welds, finishes, and assembly quality.
• Use calibrated measuring equipment.
• Identify nonconformities and document NCRs.
• Prepare inspection reports within 24 hours.
• Maintain traceable records in ERP/quality systems.
• Follow ISO 9001 procedures and site safety rules.
