PSC Industries in Mexico City is seeking a driven Finance professional to optimize financial operations. You will manage channel incentives and budgets, engage with clients to provide tailored financial solutions, analyze results for optimization, and perform reconciliations while guiding ROI analyses for marketing and retail finance. The role requires 2+ years in finance, a finance degree, and advanced English.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in finance.
• Language: Advanced English proficiency (fluent in speaking, listening, and writing).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in standard office productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Channel Incentives & Budgets: Manage channel incentive settlements to safeguard corporate funds and assets, while overseeing the channel incentive budget.
• Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to build strong relationships and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Business Analysis & Optimization: Analyze financial results and deliver actionable suggestions for business optimization.
• Financial Reconciliations: Conduct regular AP and AR reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Marketing & Retail Finance: Lead marketing and retail budget management alongside comprehensive ROI analysis.
