As an Onestream Senior Associate, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations within organizations, focusing on assessing processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Within our Finance practice, you will provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services, helping clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
