Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.

As a Senior Associate specializing in Onestream, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance Consulting practice, focusing on financial management and strategy. Within our Finance practice, you will enhance the efficiency of financial operations by assessing processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
• At least one of the following: Current pursuit of or an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Demonstrating proficiency in financial data mining and analysis
• Utilizing financial modeling to support strategic decision‑making
• Excelling in financial statement preparation and review
• Managing complex financial systems and operations
