Auria is seeking a Financial Reporting and Consolidation Senior Analyst to join our global finance team in Mexico. You will drive accuracy, efficiency, and insight through financial consolidation tools and dashboards to deliver timely information for executives and operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong history in leading consolidation across global entities, optimizing reporting workflows, and advancing digital finance transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Ten years in a role focused on financial consolidation and reporting.
• Expert proficiency in OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion, or similar tools.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Rockwell Plex, QAD, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead consolidation processes and tools strategy across global entities.
• Build and drive the go-forward strategy for reporting technologies and transitions.
• Develop dashboards to provide real-time visibility into plant performance and KPIs.
• Provide financial insights for cost optimization, capital investments, and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and support internal/external audits.
