Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Support production teams in troubleshooting process-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, equipment validation, and process qualification activities.
