Landing seeks a dedicated permits specialist to push short-term rental approvals in Mexico City. This on-site role requires persistence, strong organization, and daily use of AI tools to accelerate licensing steps.

You will chase city offices, update internal systems, and manage renewals to keep apartments live for short stays. Base salary 22,500–25,000 MXN gross per month plus benefits and annual bonus; on-site work only with travel benefit and health coverage.

Formación

• Track record of closing tasks with accurate and clean finish.
• Advanced English for daily calls with US offices.
• Persistent and able to follow up multiple times.
• Urgency to unblock most apartments first.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline discipline.
• Willingness to use AI tools daily with judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit licenses and registrations including city-specific forms, floor plans, and house rules.
• Call city offices until permits are issued and track next actions with dates.
• Update apartment status in internal system when permits are approved.
• Manage renewals and stop renewals on properties no longer operated.
• Escalate when blocked by partners, city, or internal teams.
• Build and maintain a jurisdiction library of city rules.
