Cummins Inc. is seeking a Medical Specialist to join the Safety/Security team at the Ciénega de Flores site in Nuevo León. This on-site role coordinates medical staff, delivers workplace medical care, and manages Medical Services resources while collaborating with IMSS and health authorities.

The position requires a Medical Doctor with a valid license, willingness to work first/second shift emergencies, and strong stakeholder management with English proficiency. On-site relocation is available.

Formación

• MD with a valid professional license (active).
• Two+ years in General Medicine or Occupational Health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate medical staff and nursing services.
• Provide medical attention for workplace accidents and health risks.
• Manage resources for the Medical Services area.
• Coordinate with IMSS, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labor.
• Handle administrative processes with corporate teams and medical services.
