Construction Specialties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its on-site operations in Saltillo, Coahuila, MX. You will lead manufacturing-related projects, coordinating between engineering, production, and procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires strong leadership, an operational background, and the ability to manage complex workflows. Travel up to 25% may be necessary due to project needs.

Formación

• Associates degree and 3–5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, oral and written.
• Knowledge of construction and fabrication methods/processes.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam.
• Ability to read rough/detailed sketches, designs, specs, and architectural/structural drawings.
• Interpersonal skills to manage contractor relationships.
• Proficient with Excel spreadsheets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality control, and supply chain.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and address deviations.
• Manage risks and ensure safety/quality compliance.
• Communicate status and resolutions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet specifications and performance standards.
• Conduct site visits and team meetings to maintain momentum and address challenges.
• Integrate new equipment or process improvements into production lines.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
