Apex Tool Group, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair electric torque tools at customer sites in Toluca, Mexico. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure torque accuracy while supporting customers on-site and documenting service activities.

The role requires technical education, hands-on experience with torque tooling, and the ability to travel.

Formación

• Technical diploma or associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field. Bachelor in Engineering is a plus.
• 2+ years of field service, maintenance, or industrial equipment repair experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with diagnostic instruments (multimeters, torque analyzers, calibration devices).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and configure electric torque tools and controllers at customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of torque equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site testing and validation to ensure tools meet torque accuracy specifications.
• Provide operator training and technical guidance to customers.
• Document service activities, calibration results, and equipment status reports.
