Apex Tool Group, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair electric torque tools at customer sites in Puebla. You will diagnose issues and perform on-site testing to ensure torque accuracy and reliability.

The role requires a technical diploma or associate degree, 2+ years of field service experience, and the ability to travel. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to support our clients.

Formación

• Technical or associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field; Bachelor’s in Engineering is a plus.
• 2+ years of field service, maintenance, or industrial equipment repair experience.
• Experience with electric torque tools, fastening systems, or precision assembly equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with diagnostic instruments (multimeters, torque analyzers, calibration devices).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
