Job summary

Sequoia Connect LLC is seeking an Ergonomics & Safety Engineer for a 16-week, on-site assignment in Monterrey. You will identify and mitigate ergonomic risks in manufacturing, applying RULA, REBA and NIOSH tools while ensuring compliance with Mexican STPS and ISO 45001 standards.

Bachelors in Engineering or Safety and 3+ years in EHS/ergonomics are required. Advanced English and Spanish are essential for collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational safety, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing EHS/ergonomics experience.
• Familiarity with Mexican STPS regulations and ISO 45001.
• Experience applying RULA, REBA and NIOSH in risk assessment.
