The role covers planning, simulations, lab testing coordination, risk assessment, post-job analysis, and knowledge sharing across teams while supporting customers and offshore/onshore operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven Cementing Operations Engineer experience with field records.
• Willingness to work offshore and onshore as required.
• Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid Seaman’s Book.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical cementing solutions meeting client objectives.
• Develop cementing job designs, simulations and calculations.
• Coordinate laboratory testing, assess operational risks and ensure regulatory and commercial requirements are met.
• Work with customers and operations teams through planning, resource coordination, well-site support, and post-job analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical case studies.
