The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of ICT or IT operations experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment.

This role demands consistent on-site presence and includes leadership responsibilities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring operational continuity during shifts.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in ICT or IT operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to support and coordinate ICT teams, especially with unionized employees.
