Newell Brands is seeking an OEA Officer – Logistics Compliance Analyst for onsite work in Acuna, Coahuila, MX. The role focuses on monitoring OEA-related activities, ensuring timely closure of findings, and maintaining readiness for audits.

The ideal candidate has a logistics/intl trade background and familiarity with OEA, CTPAT, and ISO standards, with 1–3 years of related experience. The position involves cross-functional coordination across warehousing, shipping, and security, with emphasis

Formación

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping operations and compliance.
Familiarity with OEA, CTPAT and ISO standards preferred.

Responsabilidades

Track OEA program activities and ensure timely closure of findings.
Maintain document control and evidence for audits.
Monitor deadlines, deliverables and supporting evidence requirements.
Validate evidence and follow-up on corrective actions.
Maintain OEA documentation system up to date.
Support internal and external audits.
Coordinate activities with Warehousing, Shipping, Security, and other functions.
Update compliance metrics, dashboards and reports.
Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
