Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc is seeking an Observability Platform Specialist to design, deploy, and optimize Dynatrace-based observability across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will work with Development, Infra, Cloud, SRE, and Ops teams to embed practices throughout the SDLC and drive platform governance and cost optimization.

The role emphasizes automation, Davis AI, and scalable monitoring solutions to support business objectives in a remote-friendly, global setting.

Qualifications

• Expertise in enterprise observability and monitoring.
• Experience with Dynatrace SaaS in hybrid/multi-cloud.
• Ability to design and optimize observability solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and administer Dynatrace SaaS across hybrid clouds.
• Configure OneAgent, ActiveGate, dashboards, and Davis AI.
• Develop and optimize DQL queries and dashboards.
• Monitor adoption, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD, Jira, and other platforms.
• Embed observability into the SDLC with cross-team collaboration.
