Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a senior Software & Applications leader to oversee planning and execution of software and applications, manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers, and align with global strategies.

You will drive delivery governance, cost controls, and collaborate with management on requisitions, POs, invoices, and payments to ensure service level objectives are met across regional and global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of overall experience.
• 7+ years in business analysis with 3+ years on o9 platform, SAP IBP, or equivalent.
• More than 3 years’ experience with the o9 platform including configuration and integration.
• Experience leading large global teams with internal and contract resources.
• Ability to operate in complex multinational organizations and align stakeholders across cultures.

How you will contribute

You will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

A. Knowledge, Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of overall experience.
• 7+ years in business analysis, with 3+ years hands‑on o9 platform, SAP IBP, or equivalent.
• More than 3 years’ experience with the o9 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Large global team management, including internal and contract resources.
• Familiar operating in large and complex multi‑national organizations to create alignment for her/his strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
