Milwaukee LATAM is seeking a procurement professional to support sourcing of components, assemblies and tooling for new product development and cost reduction initiatives in North America. The role emphasizes balancing quality, cost, lead time and terms to meet project requirements.

The position requires strong negotiation skills, international supplier management, and endurance to travel up to 25% to supplier sites. Fluent English and a solid supply chain foundation are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics, engineering, business, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in similar role.
• Strong negotiating skills and success negotiating complex supply contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage projects through ambiguity; travel up to 25%.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead purchasing activities for NPD projects and supplier qualification.
• Act as Project Manager for purchasing and supplier activities for North America Milwaukee Tool facilities.
• Develop RFIs/RFPs and analyze quotations.
• Conduct cost breakdown analyses to aid negotiations of per unit, tooling, and NRE costs.
• Drive best overall cost and terms; communicate opportunities with suppliers.
• Provide ongoing vendor management through forecasts, POs, invoices and quality issue resolution.
