Milwaukee Tool is seeking a results-driven Procurement Senior Analyst to support NPD, cost reduction, and supplier performance initiatives. You will source components, tooling, and assemblies while applying data analytics to drive strategic decisions.

You will work with Engineering, Finance, Supplier Quality, and Global Operations to optimize the sourcing lifecycle, develop dashboards in Power BI, and push for cost savings across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics in manufacturing.
• Experience with NPD sourcing, cost modeling, and supplier negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPD sourcing, including RFP/RFQ management and supplier engagement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality for part qualification.
• Negotiate tooling, per-unit pricing, NRE, and commercial terms.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities via alternative processes or sources.
• Provide supplier capability and risk communication during early product development.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize procurement KPIs with Power BI/Excel.
• Forecast and plan supplier capacity using historical trends and predictive models.
• Support leadership with procurement KPI visibility and risk recommendations.
