DYOPATH is seeking a Network Engineer II to own intermediate and non-routine network challenges, helping install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols while working with the NOC and data center teams. You will mentor Level I engineers, improve documentation, and contribute to network security initiatives.

This is a remote, full-time role available to candidates in Mexico, with monthly pay between 29,000 and 35,000 MXN and a comprehensive

• Five years of networking experience.
• Information technology degree preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in installation, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of network hardware, software, and routing protocols.
• Assist with planning/design of LANs/WANs/VPNs and firewall configurations.
• Analyze and resolve network issues accurately and efficiently.
• Create and maintain network documentation for designs, VLANs, and routing protocols.
• Support Level I engineers with complex connectivity problems.

Role Overview

• Location: Remote
• Reports To: Supervisor, NOC
• Schedule: 12am to 9am Monday - Friday
• Pay Rate:$29,000 to $35,000 MXN Monthly

Your Mission as a Network Engineer II

• Lead and participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of network hardware, software, communication links, and routing protocols.
• Assist with planning, designing, and developing LANs, WANs, VPNs, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network access control solutions.
• Analyze and resolve network hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently.
• Connect, operate, and monitor network systems.
• Work closely with data center, operations, and technical teams.
• Create and maintain documentation covering logical and physical network designs, VLANs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
• Improve telecommunications and network options supporting remote communications.
• Develop and optimize internal network and infrastructure processes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across network environments.
• Support Level I engineers with more complex connectivity problems.
• Assist with communications hardware installations and equipment repairs.
• Deliver responsive service and build strong customer relationships.

Education and Experience

• Five years of experience in a networking field.
• An information technology degree is preferred.

Preferred Certifications and Knowledge

• Fortinet certifications
• Cisco Meraki certifications
• A+ certification
• OEM equipment certifications
• Familiarity with ASTEA
