Brillio is seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to drive requirements, translate them into specs, and configure core NetSuite modules. You will lead UAT planning, create test cases, and resolve issues to ensure accurate financial reporting during close cycles.

Candidate should be proficient in SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, and workflow adjustments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Formación

• Extensive experience with NetSuite core modules including GL, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets.
• Ability to configure saved searches, custom fields, forms and roles in NetSuite.
• Proficient in writing and interpreting SuiteAnalytics reports.
• Experience with NetSuite workflow adjustments and system configuration.
• Strong UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking within NetSuite.
• Troubleshooting NetSuite issues and optimizing system usage.

Experience Range:

With at least 4 to 6 years of experience as a business systems analyst, including direct exposure to NetSuite within finance and accounting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for NetSuite enhancements and new functionality by partnering with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders.
• 2. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• 3. Configure and maintain NetSuite features such as saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and basic workflow adjustments to support evolving business needs.
• 4. Plan and execute user acceptance testing, develop test cases, and track defects to ensure high-quality NetSuite releases.
• 5. Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite processes, resolving user issues and optimizing system utilization.
• 6. Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable system changes that meet business objectives.
• 7. Maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and change history to support compliance and knowledge transfer.
• 8. Identify and resolve system-related issues impacting financial reporting during period-close activities.

Required Skills:

• 1. Advanced proficiency in NetSuite core modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets
• 2. Expertise in configuring NetSuite saved searches, custom fields, forms, and roles
• 3. Ability to write and interpret SuiteAnalytics reports
• 4. Experience with NetSuite workflow adjustments and system configuration
• 5. Competence in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, test case development, and defect tracking within NetSuite
• 6. Troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite system issues

Preferred Skills:

• 1. Experience with Zip or similar procurement/purchase order management platforms 2. Familiarity with Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration processes
• 3. Exposure to multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments
• 4. Experience supporting or coordinating ERP implementations or major system upgrades
• 5. NetSuite SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant certification
