Lever, Inc. in Mexico seeks a Netsuite Developer to bridge finance and IT, owning NetSuite configurations and enhancements across GL, AR, AP, and assets. You will gather requirements, translate them into specs, and drive user adoption.

You will work with finance, accounting, and operations, perform UAT, develop tests, and document changes while ensuring accurate financial reporting and scalable system changes.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience as a business systems analyst with NetSuite in finance/accounting environments.
• Expertise in NetSuite core modules: GL, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience configuring saved searches, fields, forms, and roles; basic workflows.
• Experience planning and executing UAT with test cases and defect tracking.
• Act as SME on NetSuite processes; resolve user issues and optimize usage.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams for scalable changes.
• Maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and change history.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, document, and prioritize NetSuite enhancements and functionality with finance and operations stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Configure and maintain NetSuite features including saved searches, fields, forms, roles, and workflows.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing; develop test cases and track defects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite processes and user support.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable changes.
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and change history.
• Identify and resolve system issues affecting financial reporting during period-close activities.
