A Native & Paid Media Client Success Manager who serves as the primary liaison between our USA based nonprofit clients and our paid media strategy and placement partners in the United States. This role leads the onboarding of new clients and oversees the ongoing relationship, ensuring long-term success for organizations leveraging paid digital advertising to achieve their missions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of paid media plataforms with exceptional relationship management skills and a passion for supporting nonprofit organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, coordinating kickoff and discovery meetings to identify goals, target audiences, and KPIs. Gather access credentials, creative assets, and all necessary information for campaign setup. Develop timelines, ensure critical deliverables are met, and serve as the primary communication bridge between the client and the paid media teams.
  • Manage the client relationship as the main point of contact, building trust and strong partnerships through ongoing communication, proactive updates, actionable planning, and coordination of campaign launches across digital platforms and channels while adhering to policies and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance, preparing and presenting reports that translate paid media metrics into outcomes aligned with the client’s mission. Maintain detailed records of feedback, requests, and project status. Identify opportunities for improvement and stay up to date on trends in the nonprofit sector and digital platforms.
  • Oversee native social media presence for Digizent and FlexFormz, coordinating the content calendar, scheduling and assigning internal posts, and supporting Human Resources on recruitment campaigns. Monitor and report on engagement and growth metrics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, client services, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, programmatic display such as StackAdapt, and LinkedIn Ads).
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Basic understanding of web analytics and conversion tracking is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations in an agency or similar role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital fundraising strategies and advocate/brand ambassador programs is also a plus.
