Job Description Summary We are looking for a communications professional to support North America Benefits & Rewards communications and US Internal Communications. This role is approximately 50% Benefits & Rewards communications and 50% US Internal Communications, reporting to the Director, Employee Experience & Change Communications and partnering closely with P&O, Communications, and business stakeholders. The role will support the development, coordination, and execution of employee communications that help employees understand benefits, rewards, people initiatives, organizational updates, and key business priorities. The successful candidate will translate complex business and P&O information into clear, employee-friendly content and help ensure communications are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time. This role will also play an important part in supporting employee engagement activities, town halls, leadership meetings, recognition programs, and other employee-facing events that strengthen the employee experience and bring company priorities to life.

The Director is accountable for communication strategy, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and outcomes. The NA Rewards & US Internal Comms position supports the day-to-day development, coordination, and delivery of approved communications, employee engagement activities, and events. Together, they help ensure employees receive clear, timely, and engaging communications that support understanding, alignment, and a positive employee experience.
This role helps employees understand their benefits, rewards, people programs, organizational updates, and key business initiatives. Through effective communications and employee engagement support, the role contributes to a positive employee experience and helps strengthen employee understanding, engagement, and trust across Sandoz.
