Job summary

DXC Luxoft is seeking an experienced Murex Front Office Support Analyst to provide Level 1 application support during APAC trading hours. The role focuses on trade lifecycle management, valuation, and feed monitoring across IRD, FX/Currency Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, and Fixed Income.

You will troubleshoot live incidents, manage static data, and ensure seamless handovers to global teams. APAC schedule includes an 8-hour shift plus a rotational weekend half-day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Murex Front Office/RTB support in capital markets or related environments.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycles, booking conventions, valuation, and P&L for IRD, FX, Credit Derivatives, and Fixed Income.
• Hands-on with Murex Simulation Views, MxML Exchange workflows, and Datamart.
• Experience with electronic trade capture and message intake (Tradeweb, FMC, XML feeds).
• Proven ability to maintain static data and perform rapid handovers between shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated FO RTB support for Murex during APAC trading hours, resolving live incidents.
• Monitor and troubleshoot upstream trade flows from platforms like Tradeweb/FMC via XML.
• Manage downstream trade dissemination and status tracking from post-trade workflows.
• Maintain operational static data in Murex (counterparties, rate mappings, credit index constituents).
• Run database diagnostics with Sybase SQL and submit remediation requests via PC Lite for DBA execution.
• Maintain Murex Simulation Views and Datamart extractions for daily queries and EOD checks.
• Coordinate end-of-shift handovers to Western-hemisphere teams and support CTB activities as needed.
