Mars is seeking an Activity Leader in Querétaro to coordinate end-to-end execution across 8–20 cross-functional projects, from launch to post-launch performance tracking. You’ll ensure governance, timely delivery of milestones, and effective stakeholder alignment.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience in FMCG/CPG or petcare, and strong skills in roadmapping, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and drive end-to-end project execution for 8–20 projects.
• Track progress and prepare status reports for governance forums.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics.
• Facilitate change initiatives and optimize standard operating procedures.
• Provide informal leadership and mentor team members.
