Hexaware Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced software professional to drive Microsoft stack development and full-stack initiatives. The role emphasizes .NET/C#, front-end proficiency, and strong SQL capabilities across agile teams.

The candidate should be adept at collaborating with stakeholders, embracing AI-assisted development tools, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. A strong emphasis on continuous learning and proactive problem solving is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft tech stack (.Net/C#).
• 3+ years of full-stack web application development, including Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Strong database expertise, including SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in team environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Proactive, self-motivated professional who effectively identifies and resolves blockers.
• Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management.
• Experience collaborating directly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
