Job summary

Montage International in Los Cabos is seeking a Pool Attendant to maintain a pristine pool area and deliver warm, guest-first service.

You will greet guests, assist with towels and water, set up cabanas, coordinate with F&B, and help create memorable moments. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest interaction.
• Team-oriented with reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with towels and water.
• Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas as designated by management.
• Perform walk through of the pool area monitoring and cleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccable and inviting environment.
• Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment.
• Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and poolside entertainment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, recreation, and guest services, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments.
