Job summary

You will translate market needs into compelling value propositions and collaborate across product management, marketing communications, sales, and channel partners.

You will lead LATAM product strategy, manage pricing and launches, and develop go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product marketing in a tech/automation environment.
• Technical/commercial knowledge of automation products (VFD/Servo).
• Experience with market analysis, pricing strategy, and launches.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the LATAM product strategy for VFD and Servo portfolios.
• Drive lead generation from product requirements to SQL with differentiation.
• Manage product lifecycle: pricing, messaging, launches, end-of-life planning.
• Engage with customers to identify challenges and opportunities and translate to enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging; support sales and partners.
• Travel up to 50% within Mexico and Latin America; occasional travel to Japan/US.
