Kyndryl is seeking a Mongo DB Administrator in Mexico City with hands-on experience in MongoDB and related databases. You will be responsible for administration, operation, and support of Mongo DB environments, ensuring availability, performance, and security under defined SLAs.

• Windows Server 2016 implementation and management.
• VMware ESXi experience.
• Cloud management, especially migration from on-prem to cloud.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Mongo DB Administrator or support roles.
• Experience administering and operating relational and non-relational databases, primarily Mongo DB.
• Knowledge of database installation, configuration, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Experience monitoring environments, analyzing alerts, and troubleshooting incidents.
• English Intermediate proficiency required for technical documentation and collaboration with global teams.
