Kyndryl Inc. is hiring for a Mainframe Batch Scheduling and Monitoring role in Mexico City. You will manage, optimize, and support z/OS and z/VM systems in enterprise mainframe environments, ensuring availability and security for critical workloads.

You will monitor performance, analyze trends, resolve incidents, and collaborate with global teams to implement operational best practices. A strong focus on documentation and audits is required.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting z/OS and z/VM in mainframe environments.
• Proficiency using mainframe scheduling/monitoring tools (BMC Control-M, CA Autosys/ESP or IBM Workload Scheduler).
• Experience in performance monitoring, incident resolution, and trend analysis.
