Insight Global is seeking an experienced QA professional based in Mexico to conduct end-to-end manual testing across mobile apps on iOS and Android. The role requires validating installations, upgrades, and configuration changes, plus backend PIN/account checks and API/front-end validation.

Formación

• 5-7 years of QA/software testing experience.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Strong mobile application testing experience across iOS and Android.
• Experience with end-to-end manual testing.
• Experience testing mobile app installations, upgrades, and functionality.
• Backend validation experience, including validating account/configuration settings and PIN setup.
• Experience testing/validating API and front-end functionality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Test mobile application across iOS and Android.
• Perform end-to-end functional and manual testing.
• Test app installations, upgrades, feature toggles, and configuration changes.
• Validate backend functionality, including PIN setup and correct account configurations.
• Ensure all pages and functionality display correctly in the local Spanish language.
• Test search functionality and overall application/user experience.
• Validate API and front-end functionality.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects.
• Participate in daily standups and project meetings.
• Coordinate closely with Product and Development teams.
• Execute test cases and track testing benchmarks/KPIs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve application functionality and the testing process.
