ALTEN México busca un profesional de ML Operations para configurar y mantener entornos de ML con Kubernetes y Docker, ejecutar workloads distribuidos y mejorar la confiabilidad operativa.

Se requieren 3+ años en roles afines, dominio de Linux, Python y Bash, y inglés C1; se valora la colaboración con equipos de ingeniería y la automatización de procesos.

Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en ML Operations, Software Testing, QA, Linux o rol técnico relacionado.
• Fuerte dominio de operaciones en Linux y CLI.
• Experiencia leyendo y modificando scripts Python y Bash.
• Conocimiento de Kubernetes y Docker en entornos contenerizados.
• Experiencia ejecutando y monitorizando workloads distribuidos.
• Inglés: C1.

Responsabilidades

• Configurar y mantener entornos de ML con Kubernetes, Docker y YAML.
• Ejecutar, monitorizar y validar workloads de ML distribuidos en clusters multi-nodo.
• Revisar y adaptar scripts Python y Bash para automatizar ejecuciones.
• Depurar fallos, recoger logs e identificar fallos de infraestructura o configuración.
• Rastrear estado de ejecución y colaborar con equipos para mejorar fiabilidad.

Key responsabilities:

• Configure and maintain ML environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and YAML-based configurations.
• Execute, monitor, and validate distributed ML training workloads across multi-node accelerator clusters.
• Review, modify, and execute Python and Bash scripts to automate workload execution and adjust runtime configurations.
• Troubleshoot workload failures, collect logs, identify infrastructure or configuration issues, and document findings.
• Track workload execution status, communicate test progress, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ML Operations, Software Testing, Systems QA, Linux Systems Administration, or a related technical role.
• Strong proficiency with Linux command-line operations and shell environments.
• Experience reading and modifying Python and Bash scripts.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments.
• Experience executing and monitoring distributed workloads.
