The ideal candidate must possess a degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in the mining sector, and strong leadership capabilities. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication and stakeholder management.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in the mining industry managing complex programs.
• Certification in project/program management (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead program management for mining initiatives in Central America.
• Define program scope, objectives, and budgets.
• Manage relationships with government authorities and local institutions.
