Jobgether is seeking a Middle+ General QA Engineer based in Mexico to strengthen quality across web and hybrid applications. You will own QA activities from early development through release, blending hands-on manual testing with test documentation, API validation, log analysis, and test automation support.

You will validate user experiences across desktop and mobile browsers while delivering reliable product quality.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing processes, tools and best practices.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining test documentation and bug reports.
• Hands-on with JIRA and TestRail for test management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the QA process from early feature development to final release.
• Perform extensive manual testing across desktop and mobile browsers.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and documentation.
• Create clear bug reports with reproduction steps, expected vs actual results.
• Support the development of automated tests and broader QA coverage.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using BrowserStack.
• Test APIs using Postman and validate client-server interactions.
• Analyze logs with Kibana to identify defects and root causes.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to mitigate quality risks.
