Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in software testing or QA.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools and best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (cases, checklists, scenarios, bug reports).
• Hands-on with JIRA and TestRail for test management.

Responsibilities

• Own QA process within the assigned team from early development to release.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to promote quality culture.
• Design, maintain and execute test cases and checklists.
• Create actionable bug reports with steps, results and context.
• Support automated tests and expand test coverage.
• Test APIs using Postman and validate client-server interactions.
• Analyze logs with Kibana to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with dev and product teams to address quality risks and resolve issues.
• Provide QA support throughout release processes.
