Job summary

LTM seeks a hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio & Agentic AI Architect to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and automation solutions. You will work with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure services to create scalable agent workflows and guardrails.

You will integrate agents with enterprise data, develop connectors, and implement RAG, vector search, and governance. Strong collaboration with global stakeholders and focus on production readiness are required.

Microsoft Copilot Studio & Agentic AI Architect

Build the Next Generation of Enterprise AI Agents

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio & Agentic AI Architect to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and automation solutions.

This is a hands-on technical role. Strong practical experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform is essential.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop agent workflows, actions, topics, knowledge sources, and orchestration patterns.
• Build multi-agent and Agentic AI solutions with appropriate guardrails, fallback handling, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Integrate agents with enterprise data and business processes.

Power Platform & Integrations

• Build automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Develop and integrate connectors and custom connectors.
• Integrate solutions with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise applications.
• Support integrations with platforms such as SAP, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

Generative AI & RAG

• Build LLM-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
• Implement RAG, vector/hybrid search, knowledge grounding, prompt engineering, and safety guardrails.
• Work with Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry.

ALM, DevOps & Governance

• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Apply enterprise security, authentication, DLP, Responsible AI, monitoring, and governance practices.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

Strong experience developing AI agents and enterprise workflows

Hands-on experience with:

• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Dataverse
• Connectors / Custom Connectors
• REST APIs

Experience with Generative AI technologies such as:

• RAG
• Vector Databases
• Prompt Engineering
• Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems

Knowledge of:

• Microsoft Graph API
• CI/CD and ALM
• Enterprise authentication and security

Strong English communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Python / TypeScript
