Job summary

Resideo seeks a Director of Mexico Trade Compliance and IMMEX to lead regional strategy, ensure compliance across maquiladora facilities, and align customs operations with corporate goals. You will manage a team, drive data analytics, and collaborate with operations, logistics, and legal to optimize duty savings and risk mitigation.

The role requires 10+ years in global trade compliance, deep Mexican regulatory knowledge, and strong ERP/CRM system experience, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

10+ years in global trade compliance, with maquiladora experience.
Strong expertise in Mexican Customs Law, IMMEX, USMCA, and VAT/IEPS.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Customs portals (ACE or Mexican equivalents).
Strong background in Supply Chain Logistics or International Trade/Law.
Verbal and written English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and execute IMMEX compliance strategy across multiple facilities.
Lead and mentor a team of customs professionals.
Ensure Annex 24 and Annex 30 accuracy for all facilities.
Monitor regulatory changes and update senior leaders.
Oversee cross-border logistics and coordination with brokers/forwarders.
