We seek patient-centered individuals fluent in Spanish with basic English, ready to work on-site across medical settings, and to own the onboarding process from start to finish.
Telepatia AI is a healthtech company on a mission to transform healthcare in Latin America and beyond. Born at Stanford and built by doctors for doctors, our platform introduces AI Healthcare Employees that work invisibly inside clinical workflows: transcribing consultations in real time, generating structured medical records, offering evidence-based decision support, and integrating seamlessly with any current health system, all without disrupting the physician's flow.
Already adopted by thousands of doctors and leading hospitals across the region, Telepatia has demonstrated measurable impact: reducing cognitive load, improving patient experience, and increasing adherence to clinical protocols.
Our vision is bold: to turn scarcity into abundance by empowering healthcare professionals with scalable, trustworthy intelligence, and to pursue nothing less than the first Nobel Prize in Medicine for Latin America since 1984 with an AI Doctor.
Doctors do not adopt software because a contract was signed. They adopt it because someone was next to them during their first consultations, answered their questions, fixed the small things and showed them the note was better than what they would have typed. That someone is you.
You will spend most of your time in the field, inside hospitals and clinics, making sure doctors learn, trust and love the product. You are the bridge between medical teams, our product and the engineering squads.
Core skills: (i) Empathy and communication with doctors (ii) Adaptability and organization in unstructured environments (iii) Persistence in driving adoption (iv) Energy and ownership.
One requirement: Be patient-centered (and cool). Languages: Spanish (native), English (basic technical comprehension).
More than experience, we look for attitude and drive.
