About the Program

As a participant, you will gain hands‑on experience in key engineering functions, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and work on cutting‑edge projects that shape the future of technology and innovation.

During the program, you will rotate through 4 engineering disciplines, which will include:

• Manufacturing & Production: Optimize production processes, quality control, and automation systems.
• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency: Work on projects related to green energy, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Digital & Smart Technologies: Develop expertise in AI, IoT, and automation for modern industrial applications.
• Project Management: Lead cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.

You will have opportunities to:

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates (or final‑year students) with a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, etc.) or equivalent
• Passion for innovation and a drive to make an impact in engineering and technology.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong analytical and technical skills.
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in diverse teams.
• Fluency in English (+ local languages a plus)
