About The Program

As a participant, you will gain hands-on experience in key engineering functions, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of technology and innovation.

During the program, you will rotate through 4 engineering disciplines, which will include:

• Manufacturing & Production: Optimize production processes, quality control, and automation systems.
• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency: Work on projects related to green energy, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Digital & Smart Technologies: Develop expertise in AI, IoT, and automation for modern industrial applications.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates (or final-year students) with a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, etc.) or equivalent
• Passion for innovation and a drive to make an impact in engineering and technology.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and technical skills.
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in divers teams.
• Fluency in English (+ a local languages are a plus)
