Corvaglia Closures Mexico is seeking a Controller to lead FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting for the local operations. You will partner with the General Manager and Finance Director to drive P&L, working capital and CAPEX targets, while ensuring tight internal controls and robust reporting across the business.

You will collaborate with Sales and Production, support cost analyses, and participate in year-end closing and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of experience in controlling (FP&A) in an international environment.
• Experience in supply chain finance and operations controlling is required; commercial controlling valued.
• Proven track record of driving performance and change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local budgeting and forecasting processes with GM and FD to achieve P&L, working capital and CAPEX targets.
• Support monthly close activities with variance analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Produce monthly management reporting for leadership on P&L and balance sheet.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance; perform regular control testing.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement on cost structure and cost analyses to identify improvements.
• Assist FD with year-end closing and audit activities.
• Partner with Sales and Production on forecasting, pricing, GP analysis, production costing, inventory, and capacity analysis.
• Prepare make-or-buy analyses and lead CAPEX business cases.
• Serve as key user of INFOR ERP system and support ERP upgrades and finance digitalization.
