Telcoin Mexico seeks a Compliance & Regulatory Operations Manager to lead the local compliance function and drive regulatory licensing initiatives. The role interacts with the Country Manager, global compliance, and external advisers to execute strategies and maintain robust controls.

The candidate will oversee AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory reporting while coordinating with product, legal, and operations teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, financial crime, or regulatory operations in Mexico.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Resident of Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican financial‑services regulatory environment (CNBV, SAT, SHCP/UIF).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Telcoin Mexico's regulatory strategy and licensing efforts.
• Oversee AML/CFT program end to end and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with regulators, external advisers, and internal teams.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical product and operational processes.
• Support regulatory inspections and remediation programs.
