Telcoin Mexico seeks a Compliance & Regulatory Operations Manager to lead local compliance, drive regulatory applications, and oversee AML/CFT programs. The role interfaces with the Country Manager and Global Chief Compliance Officer, shaping Telcoin's regulatory footprint in Mexico.

You will lead licensing efforts, ensure alignment with Mexican law, and work with regulators, banks, and partners to scale Telcoin's Mexican operations in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, financial crime, or regulatory operations within Mexico.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Resident in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve Telcoin Mexico's AML/CFT and financial-crime compliance framework.
• Oversee customer due diligence, KYC, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and licensing projects across local and global teams.
