Job Description

In this BDM role you will:

• Own the full presales cycle — from opportunity identification to closing complex cloud, data, and AI deals, managing your pipeline in Salesforce with discipline and a results‑first mindset.
• Design AWS‑based solutions (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, Redshift, Glue) that connect technical capabilities to real business outcomes, leading conversations with CTOs, architects, and executive teams with equal credibility.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to sharpen go‑to‑market execution and contribute to sales assets (case studies, battlecards, playbooks).
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Facilitate the adoption of US cultural and technical processes within the Colombian branch and the broader NOLA region.

Qualifications

10‑12 years of experience in business development, presales, or solution architecture in the technology sector

• Proven track record closing high‑value deals in cloud, data, or AI/ML
• Strong functional knowledge of AWS: EC2, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, Redshift, Glue, Athena
• Experience working within or alongside the AWS Partner Network (APN)
• Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies: MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN
• Fluent English — written and spoken — required for international client and partner engagement
• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) — desirable
